- The contact details you provide: name, company if applicable, email address and optional phone number.
- Information about your needs: project type, description, context and expected outcome.
- The minimum technical data needed for security, operation and aggregate measurement, such as the page viewed, referrer, general device information or approximate location.
Why this data is used
- Receive your enquiry and respond to it.
- Understand your needs and, if requested, prepare a commercial proposal.
- Protect the form, website and services against errors and abuse.
- Measure aggregate traffic and performance in order to improve the website.
Contact-form data is not used for automated marketing and is not sold.
Recipients and providers
Only Erwann GAUTIER currently accesses the contact@poweg.fr inbox. The providers below are involved solely for hosting and technical operation.
Vercel
Hosting of the public website and, when enabled, audience and performance measurement without third-party advertising cookies.
PlanetHoster
Hosting of the API, contact-form processing and email. The web server used by POWEG is located in France.
Retention periods
- Contact enquiries and related exchanges are retained for no more than three years after the last contact.
- Technical logs needed for security and diagnostics are retained for no more than 90 days.
- Some information may be retained for longer where required by a legal or contractual obligation, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Cookies and audience measurement
The website may remember your language and theme preferences so that it works as requested.
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights may measure pages viewed, referrer, approximate geographic area, device type and performance in aggregate. According to Vercel’s documentation, these tools do not use third-party cookies or collect personal identifiers to produce these measurements.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object to certain uses, by writing to contact@poweg.fr.
You may also contact Togo’s Personal Data Protection Authority (IPDCP): ipdcp.tg.
Security
POWEG limits access, uses encrypted communications and applies proportionate technical and organizational measures. No Internet-connected service can guarantee zero risk; any confirmed incident will be handled to limit its effects.
